Product arrived with an imperfection in the glaze so I was not able to use it as I had purchased it as a gift. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a response from customer services, and have had to purchase an alternative gift at my own expense and stress. Disappointing product and terrible customer service from a previously well trusted brand, would no longer recommend, especially for gifting.
