Device is in good condition. Seem less process, easy delivery and return.

The whole experience was well thought through and easy. The box arrived with everything I needed and the return was thought through to make it very straightforward. Very happy and would recommend.

Great dealing with Envio to rent the Epson photo scanner, which was a doddle to use with software that brought old photos back to life once again and it was so well packaged when it was delivered.
The website is so easy and informative to book your rental too.
I just have one minor niggle, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. From the moment you book your rental you are kept well informed about the delivery and information about using the device. Once you return it are totally forgotten about.
Bearing in mind you're responsible for returning a highly valuable machine you would think that an email from either DPD to say its been picked up from the Post Office and its on its way back or an email from Envio to say they've received it would be useful. My machine was posted back a week ago and I can only assume Envio have got it. (And no the emails aren't in my spam folder)
Shame the end experience ruined the whole experience, come on Envio keep us informed about returns.

Amazing service when hiring a GoPro. Even when I messed up the delivery address and the courier company sent it back after two failed deliveries, Envio found a solution to get one to me only a couple of days before I was due to go away on my trip. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you so much!

Delivery was effected due to road isues so things was changed and made good for me. Very friendly, easy to arange and sort.

The service was efficient and smooth. All queries handled promptly. And saved alot of time in capturing over 1000 old family photos for posterity. I liked the enhancement feature too.

Great alternative to paying someone to convert old slides for you, the delivery and return of the scanner was easy and convenient, software was easy to install and I enjoyed editing and altering my images.
By far the best way to do it, cost me a fraction of what I'd have paid someone else. The customer service and advice was great too. No complaints.

Excellent service, 7 day rental Epson photo scanner, successfully copied my photos. Easy to order, receive and help guide & set up to my Apple Mac, & then upload to iCloud with date and location. Seriously fast batch scanner. Scanning quality was OK, but not HD! So I kept the photos I wanted. Now have lots of free space in my cupboard. Easy return via post office drop off. Highly recommend Envío. Reasonable rental price. 5 stars thank you.

Have had such a great experience with Envio Rentals and the Epson autofeed photo scanner. It is rare that something is both much less expensive and much easier to manage than competitive products, but this was a delight compared to paying for professional scanning at high street photo shops. The website is simple to use to book a slot for your rental, we paid c.£90 for 3 days of usage - compared to around £1 per picture and a similar time frame from Snappy Snaps. The scanner arrives in a protective crate via DPD so you can manage delivery timing yourself, and set up is very easy along with step by step instructions on the Envio website. The Epson Fastfoto FF-680W itself is very easy to use, with simple software which gives you options for scan resolution and follow up editing such as rotating pictures (which it gets right about 80% of the time). Would buy one of these scanners myself as they get good reviews online, but they cost > £500 so the rental option is much better if you have a limited stock of photos that need digitising. The return process is equally simple, you just peel off the arrivals label to show the returns label underneath, and repackage the item the way you found it, then drop it at the nearest DPD pick up locale. Thanks very much to Envio, have already had a look at the website to see what other products might be better with the rent vs. buy approach.

It arrived on time, well-packed with a clear guide. I operated a high-end scanner professionally so knew what to expect. I bought a cheap scanner a while ago which was useless, but this is easy to use and does the job. It's best on well-exposed slides and negs using the existing Plustek profile. Using it reminded me how clean we used to have to keep film. I made adjustments using Photoshop after the scans. It was well worth the hire.

Firstly, it’s a great idea, being able to rent one-off-use kit rather than buy it. Less hassle, better for the environment and much cheaper.
Secondly, these guys are beyond helpful. They answer the phone and promptly respond to our dumb questions via email with patience and courtesy.
Strongly recommend.

Excellent communication, I expected the equipment to be sent through as it was rental to be a little used but this was not the case, it was very clean and in brilliant condition. As for using and scanning my pictures it could not have been easier once you have downloaded the program onto your computer.
Thank you very much for sorting a problem I had been putting off for ages as I thought it would be a logistical nightmare. As for delivery and return it could not be easier.
For anyone with limited IT skills there is no need to worry, it is a real plug and play piece of equipment.
