Wonderful room, clean and spacious. One note, if you’re a coffee drinker, plan to buy some to make at the grocery store or buy coffee out each morning

Great location and inside decoration
nice comfy room
Loved the room except it looked out to a/c units on other roof, but i guess someone has to.
Service was top notch. Staff was attentive, professional and responsive. Best location in Aspen.
I cancelled the stay, but I still was allowed to pay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we wish we could accommodate all last-minute cancellations, our current seven-day deadline is more flexible than our pre-COVID cancellation policy. We also offer travel insurance that covers some COVID-19 travel interruptions, and we see that you declined that option. We are happy to inform you that your family member was able to use two nights of your reservation and that we were able to re-rent the room and provide you with a partial refund.
Small and lots of noise outside. Clean and well furnished.
