I phoned Grantham,s yesterday for a wheel nut bolt which should been handed to me on handover day .So I rang the accessory shop after looking a round on various websites, prima leisure wanted £10:00 plus p/p which brought the price up £15:00 .But goring back to Grantham,s they did not have one for a Bailey caravan supplier I think is bad .

Company did not deliver air con unit within advertised time frame. Even more annoyingly they didnt respond to ANY of my concerned emails till after this deadline. Cost me money cancelling the fitter and ruined my holiday. ZERO communications from the day they took my money and said 'order being processed' ! AVOID AVOID AVOID
ordered and paid 4th july, still not here 20th July!!!

I recently decided to buy a set of lock & level chocks for my Motorhome and found Grantham to be able to supply me. Happily I received a small discount too. I ordered today, received email confirmation instantly and later today I had delivery confirmed for tomorrow!
I can not comment on the product but I can say I am very impressed with the ease of ordering and speed of dispatch. Many thanks!

Fast response and item as described. (DHL let down on delivery as was not delivered on the stated Friday and had to wait until Monday Afternoon)

Went to granthams at Retford today to get some repairs done they was very accommodating and very helpful. Got all repairs completed and on the road the same day. Thank you dean

Part arrived really quickly p+p a bit on the high side but still worked out cheaper than anyone else.

We’ve just purchased our first caravan from Grathams at Retford, Coachman VIP 575. The service from start to finish has been excellent. Huge thank you to Christian who has supported us at every step and to Gary for the fantastic handover including video! Also the service from their Gratham location was excellent too where we bought the awning and everything we needed to kit us out. Highly recommend - fantastic service, quality and prices!

Lots of products. My order was specifically purchasing a Brunner aircon unit for a Peugeot Boxer Van. Easy ordering online and good communication with delivery. Overall a very good online shopping experience.

Ordered a lock for my caravan door, was told it would arrive following day. Not arrived after paying £5.95 carriage. Tried to phone on 3 occasions . No answer . Poor!!!

Needed a specific tap at short notice, having been let down by another supplier (the wrong type had been sent). Checked online that it was available. Called to confirm I would get it the next day. Very helpful chap confirmed it would and waited for my online purchase to go through - then made sure it was actioned immediately. Arrived the next day at lunchtime.

Had a fantastic website offering so many parts for caravan or camperhome

I ordered an Isabella awning part (after an online chat re availability and what carrier they used) on Sunday 19th July 2026 and much to my amazement it was delivered on the morning of 21st July.

It was easy to find the part I needed on the website. The part arrived the next working day. Excellent service.

I enquired about the correct part I was emailed back with the correct link I purchased the component and was delivered in perfect condition. I was kept informed at every stage

Yesterday the Retford branch fitted a replacement awning light under warranty to our caravan. We had also discovered only that morning that a panel on the shower door had disengaged itself from the seal despite the caravan being parked up and unused. It was absolutely no trouble at all to Dale the workshop guy who completed both jobs. Sheila in after sales has been brilliant throughout the process, even supplied a lovely coffee while we waited.
We are very happy with the outcome and the service given with a smile!
