Chuck is one of my favorite cuts of beef for the balance of meat to fat. These chuck roasts have wonderful flavor, cook up beautifully.

Great product. I grind for burgers, chop for street tacos and sometimes put it in the crockpot. Good stuff.

Absolutely the best chunk roast I've had, packaged perfectly and the taste is well worth supporting a small business and grass fed beef can't beat it.

This is the very best in purity and taste. Beef from US Wellness Meats is the most superb meat on the planet.

love making Barbacoa out of it and then enchiladas!!! But it works well in pressure cooker for a simply roast. Yummy!

Loved every pound of it!

Great Chuck Roast from US Wellness. Slow cook in the Slow Cooker all day for a fantastic meal. Some seasoning and onions and good to go.

As expected the quality of the meats is fantastic

I like that this meat doesn’t have the impurities that regular grocery store bought meat has. I only wish that it were cheaper.
