I found the flat iron steaks very tough. Do not like having a lot of gristle (fat) in my steak!! Disappointed to say the least…

Our favorite staple, we cook then drizzle them with cowboy butter sauce, or slice them to make bulgogi, fahitas, cheesesteak sandwiches, or stroganoff. All US Wellness Meats are excellent!
These steaks are wonderful and the grill recipe makes them shine.

The flat iron steaks that I get from my local friend and are processed at our local butcher are so mutch better cut, unfortunately your flat irons have way too much grizzle, therefore they're very tuff. I'm a farmer to, so I know about what I'm saying

good tacos and burritos or stir fry.
Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to sink my choppers into these steaks. But I'm sure I will not be disappointed.
Love the flat iron steaks
These are always good but usually have a thick chewy senewy vein that I find frustrating. But the taste is always delicious!
Though these flat iron steaks were a bit pricey they were undoubtedly the tastiest and most tender flat irons I have ever eaten. I promise you I have eaten plenty of these.
These were very tasty and easy to cook
Great for steak fajitas. Grill, slice, enjoy. Very tasty.
These flat iron steaks are so versatile! I can cut them up tp make chili or pan fry them [very tender].
