Grass-fed Beef Kidney is awaiting your favorite kidney recipe. Kidneys share many of the same health benefits as liver: high in Vitamin A, Iron, B Vitamins, and low in fat
Tenderize Beef Kidney by soaking it in buttermilk or a mixture of lemon juice and water for several hours. Then cook with onions, garlic, bacon, or aromatic herbs such as thyme to offset the rich flavor.
Each package weighs approximately 1 pound.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

I cut into 6 servings and freeze until ready to eat. I then cut it into thin slices, like bacon, and consume with added suet. I eat it raw for nutrient preservation. My cat always gets a bit too.
