I know that the flavor of liver varies depending on the age of the cow. Before the liver has tasted sweet and flavorful but not this time. The taste is very strong and did not enjoy it as much.

Not good at all. Fibrous, tough, bad taste. I have purchased beef liver several times and this is by far the most fibrous ever.

You can really tell the beef is from high quality cattle. The flavor is rich and earthy, and when prepared it’s tender and not tough at all. I love that it’s sourced from grass-fed cattle, ensuring higher quality and a healthier option.
The liver is great... grass-fed beef liver is like a natural multi-vitamin. And since I love the flavor as well, it's a win win! I could wish the butcher could cut out the veins.
My husband is the only one who eats this. He says it's great.

I am eating nutrient dense grass fed liver for health especially since I suffer from pancreatic deficiency and need an excellent source of protein, minerals, and Vitamins. I once was able to purchase grass fed liver at Whole Foods, but my local store no longer offers it. I was impressed with the Wellness website and began ordering beef liver and also ground beef organ meat and have been really pleased with the results. The meat is the best I have ever had although I was a partial Vegetarian. The packaging and delivery service is excellent, and the prices reasonable particularly with the occasional sales. I'm sold on this wonderful source of healthful meats and highly recommend Wellness products to people who care about sustainable farming and grass fed healthy animals raised sensibly and with care.

I use beef liver in meatloaf, as well as to make liver and onions. It's a staple in my house!
