US Wellness Meats is thrilled to offer Pasture Raised Ground Chicken! Its versatility and flavor makes it a customer favorite and excellent substitution for ground beef in many recipes. US Wellness Meats invites you to give it a try and taste for yourself why it’s a customer favorite. The chickens are raised in floorless schooners which are moved daily to fresh pasture. Chickens are great foragers and enjoy the variety of grasses, bugs, and legumes in the pastures. They also have a lot of room to move and scratch. The chickens are given a mineral-rich grain ration that contains no hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs. Each package averages 1 pound (80% skinless, breast meat, 20% skinless thigh meat)

This ground chicken breast has none of the white tendons ground in it ike some other brands we have used. We even enjoy making chicken meatballs with it and white chili.

I make cutlets using this ground chicken and fry them only using grass-fed butter. The taste is great, and everybody loves them. Again, the prices are high and not everybody can afford to purchase this product. I understand that everything is going up in prices, but please do not use that for the excuse too much. Thank you!
