Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Bucharest Airport (OTP) at Str. Ferme B, nr.1, Otopeni. This page also covers the Bucharest Downtown desk. On arrival, head to the meeting point in front of Gate A in the departures area. A shuttle bus will then take you from there to the Green Motion rental station to collect your car. If you need assistance finding the meeting point, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 00:01–midnight, including public holidays.

During my rental, I experienced an unexpected technical issue with a brand-new vehicle. Although the problem was related to the car itself and completely beyond the rental company's control, the team handled the situation exceptionally well.
They responded quickly, took immediate action, and resolved everything efficiently and professionally.
What really impressed me was their commitment to customer satisfaction and the way they managed an unexpected situation.

10/10 rental car experience!
We had a 10/10 experience with Green Motion. The website was easy to navigate, the renting process was very smooth and easy. The staff was really really friendly and was always available for any questions and flexible with the times.
They have great modern car models, we even got a free upgrade and we had a lot of fun with our Mercedes GLC!
Overall we are completely happy and would recommend this car rental in Bucharest.

The meeting point for vehicle pickup in Otopeni airport is not clearly defined. The voucher stated one thing (wait by a specific gate that doesn't actually exist at the airport), but in reality, I had to call the company to arrange the meeting location. It was very confusing and stressful, especially for a first-timer. I highly recommend revising the voucher wording to clearly state the meeting point. Not everyone can make roaming calls to a non-mobile number. The vehicle pickup meeting process should be streamlined.
We received a car in decent condition, but with a broken side mirror (held together with duct tape) and no windshield washer fluid. The car had plenty of scratches, but since we had full insurance coverage, that didn't worry us too much. Overall, it was a good experience.

We’re sorry the Otopeni pickup instructions pointed to a gate you could not find and required a call to arrange the meeting point. A clearer voucher would have helped. The broken mirror held with tape and empty washer fluid are also concerning; we appreciate you raising them.
