Our family looks forward to receiving the Tangerines, oranges and grapefruit every season from Hale Groves. The fruit is delicious and keeps them healthy through the cold season.

All of my oranges were dried out and/or rotted. The grapefruits were some of the best I ever had. Don’t know what happened with the oranges but hopefully the oranges you are sending me are better.
The family I sent them to raved about the oranges and grapefruit.
Disappointed with the Navel Oranges, not as juicy and ripe as the previous year. Could have got better ones at the local grocery store. Ruby Red Grapefruits were delicious.

Excellent fruit that we are really enjoying
The first time I have ordered fruit from an orchard, very disappointed with the produce. Four oranges and five grapefruit were rotten in the box when they arrived. The oranges are bitter and the grapefruit have dried out sections when cut open.
Product lived up to expectations.
Very disappointed in customer service. I contacted them to let them know that some of our fruit was rotten, and the lady on the phone said someone would be getting in touch with me, and I am still waiting, it's been at least a couple weeks now since we received the fruit, and I made that phone call 2 customer service.
I was pleased with the quality of the grapefruit. They were juicy. But..... the oranges were dry not juicy.
