Got a replacement as they were in bad shape when arrived Sent 2Honebell Samplers as gifts , they were just ok until the recipient said one was moldy inside. Customer care was very apologetic . The replacement was much better than original shipment. I was dissapointed with Hale Groves overall.

One Honeybell was completely spoiled and leaking, two others were spoiling. The company was contacted by the recipient and was sent 3 replacement oranges.

These oranges can be very deceiving! They are softer with a thicker skin & one might think they are spoiled when in fact they are sweet, juicy & delicious.

Honeybells do have that unique soft, bumpy skin with a looser peel, which can surprise people at first. But once you taste that sweet, juicy deliciousness inside, it all makes sense! We appreciate you as our customer.
