I was charged over €700 for the elite…
I was charged over €700 for the elite package which was not what was agreed in January . I got the renewal email which had the price so I can’t complain but that price wasn’t quoted when u initially signed up .
Looked for two tickets to the tullamore show then seen as I’m paying the premium rate - was told no chance.
Phone rings off the hook when you’re being asked to sign up . Service after that falls off a lot

Just to clarify regarding the Tullamore Show, we don’t receive tickets to distribute to customers, so unfortunately this isn’t something our team is in a position to offer and is in no way related to the subscription package a customer is on.

I like the concept and ability to have it as an app on my phone or use the site on my laptop. I don't like how it's not allowing me to edit cattle names and tags or that I wasn't sent a troubleshooting email that was promised to me before my card was charged.
