Still not available to pick up
I ordered my Makita Finishing Sander online on the 30th August, went to collect it on the 1st Sept and again on the 9th Sept and it's still not at their Bangor branch. How long do I have to wait for it ?

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, driver was great and very accommodating.
Especially so as he was out of area and did well to find my place.
Only downside was I got no notification of delivery so it just luck that I was in at the time.

Excellent quality
My order was delivered promptly. Communication regarding its delivery was immediate and the delivery was fantastic with the two bulk bags skilfully placed exactly where they were required. The topsoil is excellent quality.

Swansea branch
Swansea branch. Chose this company as quite local but never used before. Lovely lady answered the phone and ordered Red Chippings. She explained that it had to be specially ordered in from another branch as they don’t stock it. She asked and was told deliveries would be either this Wednesday or the next Wednesday depending on the loads which I understood and was ok. I rang after a bank holiday (week passed) just to check it was being delivered into them on the Wednesday and told now due in Tuesday/wed! Still nothing. Rang again and told not sure when it would be in! Asked for refund, which was done the same day but then told that jokingly that no one knew about the order anyway! Won’t be using this company in the future.
