Good products but driver could have done better
Products great but my partner has a bad back and the driver would not help her move the products. He left them in the driveway sticking out on the pavement.

Good quality products. I only had an issue with the delivery, as a number of tree branches were damaged during the delivery to my driveway.

Ordering was simple and delivery was next dsy. The driver put rubber mats on the pavement to avoid damaging the flag whilst hoisting 800kg of stones. He avoided my tree and placed the bag exactly where I needed it. Excellant service, thank you

I received no call to arrange delivery as promised. Instead, I found 1 tonne of slate dumped in full view of the road, blocking my house & business sign and practically on the pavement.
I contacted the local branch - they were oblivious to head office sending emails that say you’ll be contacted to arrange delivery. They said they’d try to get someone out last week to move the bag to where I actually wanted it
Didn’t happen.
Item has been delivered to an inconvenient place which is also a theft risk.
Do Huws Gray care? NO!
Could have been avoided if they’d actually done what their email promises and CONTACTED ME to arrange delivery.
