I'm Telecom free phone and service is a joke! Took forever to arrive. The service sucks. Never got any internet. Worst part, the phone was the crappiest I ever had in my life. Battery life is super short. Etc etc Worst experience in many years.
I have worked at GARV HUN for over a year now and since then Brennen Ouder has helped me out so much!

Brennen is always there when I need him. He handles any task I throw at him effortlessly and is very thorough. Even when he has a lot on his plate, he will make sure the job gets done. He completes my tickets in a very timely and orderly manner. It makes my day to day easier knowing I have him there to help. He truly is an asset and is appreciated by so many at our company.

Ashley is such a pleasure to speak with, she is always in a good mood, quick to see what your issue is , and get a tech to assist you asap. My issue was resolved in a very small amount of time .
Mainly, if she ( or the tech ) says she will call you back , you can be sure it will not be long , even if the tech cannot answer you right away , she will let you know that they are just busy , but someone will be calling soon.
My experience was great due to Roxanne not giving up until the problem was solved. She was just awesome. She knew exactly what needed to be done and she navigated through our system very well. She made sure to inform me on what was being done throughout the entire process from beginning to the very end. Big thumbs up to Roxanne. Keep up the great work Roxanne
