Packaging was great. Only thing which was probably my fault was I assumed the gift I bought would be in it but it was just shipped with it. No big deal, I should have opened the package first

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have looked into your order for you, and I can see that you ordered a trendsetter bracelet along with the small gift bag, which does state it is ideal for rings/small earrings and charms. You can return for a full refund if you wish. The large-sized gift bag is what you would require to fit the bracelet
Added luxury to the gift .
