The instruction manual was very clear. It was not easy to set up. But now hat it is in place it is very secure and not too difficult to use.

Thanks so much, Matthew! We’re delighted to hear your Ark Tamo™ Pro arrived quickly and that you’re happy with both the product and our service. 🔐📦 Thanks for the 5 stars — we really appreciate your support!
The key safe seems well made and secure. Fairly easy to fit to brick wall with supplied screws and correct tools. Make sure you have a torx drive the correct size and socket wrench as screws are tight in fittings. Time will tell regarding longevity. My only slight concern is that it may be possible for water to run down wall behind lock safe and get into housing over time via screw holes.

Hi Roy,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review! We’re glad to hear the ark Tamo™ Pro Key Safe feels secure and was fairly easy to fit with the right tools. 🔧
Regarding your concern about water — we haven’t had any reports of this causing issues, and even if a little water did get in through the screw holes, it wouldn’t affect the key safe itself. You’re right to be thorough, though — a little extra caution never hurts!
Thanks again for sharing your experience and feedback — we hope your key safe gives you long-lasting peace of mind.
All the best,
The KeySafe Team 🔐✨

Thanks, Allan! 🌟 The Tamo Pro is definitely one tough cookie — built to keep your keys locked up tighter than a drum. 🥁🔒
My second Tamo. Fantastic quality pieces of kit. Easy to install with the included fixing kit. Easy to set up with a code too but take your time and don't lose the code, there's no master code! We have 100% confidence in it (I have no connection with the company 😊)

Hi Dave, thank you for the 5 stars! 🌟 Wow — your second ark Tamo Pro, and still loving it — that’s high praise! We’re glad installation and setup went smoothly (and yes, taking your time with that code is definitely wise 😉). We’re thrilled you have 100% confidence in your Tamo! 🔑
Just hard to put screws into, wall
Respuesta de The Key Safe Company
Brilliant, thank you Elizabeth! 🌟 We’re thrilled you love your Tamo Pro. We agree — those screws can be tough to get into certain walls, but once they’re in, your safe is going nowhere! Enjoy the added security and thank you for taking the time to leave us your reviews.

Very solid and easy to install and set up.

Hi Kevin, thank you for the 5-star shoutout! 💪🔒 “Solid” and “easy” — that’s exactly what the Ark Tamo Pro aims to be. We’re glad the setup was a breeze and that it’s now standing guard with maximum security. Thanks again for the brilliant feedback!
Setting key code positions is not positive, it is too easy to move between numbers, there doesn’t appear to be a definite position between numbers. Also the method for securing to a wall will not work for all brick types, some bricks are softer than others and users should be made aware of this.
Respuesta de The Key Safe Company
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your feedback – we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We're sorry to hear that the key code dial felt imprecise to you. We designed the hexagonal dial to make it as easy as we could to set a code but we’ll certainly pass this on to our product team for review, as we’re always looking for ways to improve usability. Regarding the wall fixings, you make a valid point – different brick types can vary significantly however exhaustive testing has been carried out on both the self tapping screws and the maximum security screw and plug, on all sorts of different brick, block and concrete substrates and they can work well on everything. To maintain the LPS security rating, the provided fixings must be used. If you need help on a particular substrate please don't hesitate to contact the support team on 03303630303.
If there's anything further we can do please get in touch – we're happy to help.
Best regards,
The Keysafe Team

Thanks again for both your reviews — we really do appreciate it.
Very strong, very heavy solid key safe. Illuminated buttons and weather cover. Holds 2 keys. Fiddly to programme code originally but now straightforward to use . Definitely superior to most other key safes.

Thank you so much for coming back with more feedback Mrs Soper — we really appreciate it! That ark Tamo Pro does love to show off with its weight doesn’t it? 💪🔐 Glad to hear you’ve made peace with the code programming too — they can be a bit fiddly at first, but it sounds like you’ve tamed the beast!
Wishing you many secure, stress-free days ahead — and as always, we’re just a message away if you need us. 😊

Quite pricey but very solid. A bit smaller inside than I expected given the outside size. I had to remove keys from their keyrings to get them to fit in. But love the light and easy to use. It will hopefully stop my kids from needing to take keys out with them ( and loosing them. )
Respuesta de The Key Safe Company
Hi Emma. Thanks for the kind words. You are correct in saying the internal vault is smaller than it would appear from the external size. This is due to the double wall design which is part of the reason its so secure. The safe has two internal key hooks that we have designed to hold keys flat inside the safe without the need for a keyring, keeping them neat and away from the lid to prevent any jams or bent keys when the safe is closed. It will definitely stop lost keys!
Many thanks!
Great product , well made and promptly delivered . When ordering I questioned the additional cost for this product, but I am so pleased I opted to pay it . I feel secure seeing how strong this box is and well made !!

The quality of this key safe if very good. I’m pleased with knowing this cabinet is being used to safely store my house keys. Whilst this device is easy to operate, it does require some good fitting equipment to install to a safe standard. Please refer to the keysafe installation video for guidance on how best to perform this.
