From walking in, to delivery of our mattress the service was spot on!
The sales guy was brilliant!!! Knowledge of product was fantastic. Not pushy, really helpful. Discussion on payments plans were very clear. We opted for delivery. Again service fantastic. Lovely lady rang to confirm delivery, then drivers kept us updated throughout delivery day. The delivery men are very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend. And on top of that, great price!!!

GREAT SERVICE
We haven't had delivery yet so this review refers at this stage to the ordering/payment experience. We have had mattresses from Linthorpe before and they are excellent. The ordering experience this time was, as last time, a delight. Both Sue and Craig are exceptional in their friendly and efficient manner which instils great confidence---they are a real pleasure to talk with. Thank you both very much. We know the mattresses ( we ordered two on this occasion) are excellent quality so all we need now is delivery of correct models and sizes, on time and during the afternoon slot we booked. Unless I add a further review readers of this review can be assured that all went well. Absolutely fantastic beds and superb service
From walking through the door at Linthorpe Beds Portrack and seeing the vast array of beds to choose from, I knew we were in the right place. Then we met Craig who is one of the nicest, non pushy but extremely knowledgeable experts on beds I’ve ever met. He guided us through the choices, taking into account our needs and budget and we purchased two beds. They arrived today and were put together by the extremely competent and friendly bed builder crew and the beds are absolutely fantastic and I mean amazing. The quality of both beds are incredible and the quality of finish is beautiful. I wish to thank Craig and all the staff involved and say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Linthorpe Beds to others because the service has been superb. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
