Could not fault the service
Could not fault the service. I rang about my mattress through the guarantee. They sent someone out the following day. The day after we got a call to go pick another mattress. Which came within 2 weeks. Everyone one was very helpful from Danny the manager to every member of the staff we dealt with. Would certainly recommend to my friends and family.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive an item that isn’t in the condition you expected, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. While we always do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, unfortunately mistakes can happen from time to time.
We appreciate your patience while we arrange your replacement. The reason for the estimated two-week wait is that our headboards are made to order, so a replacement needs to be manufactured specifically for you.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Helpful on the phone, everything they said would happen did happen exactly as it was supposed to. This is the 2nd time we have bought a mattress from Linthorpe Beds and would definitely return to them again in the future.

I have just taken delivery of a new ottoman double bed from Linthorpe Beds and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
The purchasing process was straightforward, friendly and professional. I dealt with Craig, who was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my requirements, explained the different options and helped me choose the bed that best suited my needs and budget. His honest advice, patience and product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.
The delivery team were equally impressive. They arrived as scheduled, were polite and respectful throughout, and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They also took away all of the packaging, which saved me the hassle of disposing of it myself.
Overall, the customer service from Craig and the delivery team was great. The whole experience was professional and customer-focused. I would recommend Linthorpe Beds.
