Fantastic customer service from Charlotte at Liquidline. We have recently moved over to this company and have just placed our first order. I contacted Liquidline for some advice on our coffee machine. I spoke to one of their customer service executives, Boyd Bowen, who helped identify the correct part we needed and proceeded to place the order on my behalf.
He was very polite and extremely helpful.

We’re really pleased we chose Liquidline for our new machine and ongoing support. Emily was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. After our old machine packed up, she kindly arranged for us to borrow a machine to try, which was a huge help.
We were so impressed with both the machine and the excellent service that we decided to buy the same model. A great company to deal with, and Emily's service was absolutely top-notch.
