The delivery of this item was appalling. I didn’t say to leave on doorstep , the dpd driver didn’t knock on door and the box was so damaged !!! The photo the driver took did not represent and if the dog didn’t walk to the door my daughter would not have known it was left outside!!!! The second image is how the driver made it look ok but the first one is once my daughter took it inside!!! Not happy at all as I was not able to see her on her 30th birthday and this is what she had turn up !!!
