This is one of the best protein powders I've ever had. I actually have been mixing it in my porridge, and my coffee in the morning, and reaching my protein quota just after breakfast. It taste great too, but it's much finer than other protein powders. Highly recommend.
It is not whey isolate, it contains whey isolates. Not good for whom are avoiding lactose.
