Easy Ordering, Disappointing Collection
Placing our order was quick and easy, and the staff were pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, the collection experience let it down. We ordered 50 bags, but when we arrived they had not been packed or bundled together in any way. This made loading them into our vehicle unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. For an order of this size, we expected it to be prepared for collection. We hope this is something that will be improved for future customers.

Your order was collected from our new Rockhampton warehouse, and while we’re still refining our processes as the team settles into the new site, we acknowledge that your order should have been prepared and ready for collection. Having 50 bags unbundled certainly wasn’t the experience we intended to provide.
We’ve shared your feedback with our Rockhampton team and are already working on improving our pickup procedures to ensure collection orders are packed and ready before customers arrive.

Lackluster performance all round
Nobody at front office desk for several minutes, told to walk around to the warehouse door, went to the warehouse door and waited several more minutes for someone to come out-almost a 10 minute wait time.
Email came through saying order was ready and waiting, when I got there he still had to go and pick the order.
