I paid £1,300 for the service, but I have not received any response from the business for the past several weeks. Based on the lack of communication, I believe the business may have ceased trading or is no longer operating.

I worked dedicatedly for this company for 50 days. Instead of being compensated for my hard work and time, the CEO, Khurram Abbas, completely refused to pay my salary. To make matters worse, they abruptly terminated my employment without any valid reason or prior notice just to avoid paying what was legally owed to me.Running a business by exploiting workers and withholding their hard-earned money is disgraceful and fraudulent behavior.

URGENT COMMUNICATION NEEDED AND WE ARE BEING IGNORED! we are being taken to court over tha validity of the award they gave us, and accused of fraud, we contacted them via phone and email regarding this and promised phone calls back and we have received nothing, not only that it seems our calls are not being taken at all

****After failing to get TrustPilot to remove my review, Paramountbuilt called me at 17:53 BST on 08-April-2026 asking me to remove this review on the basis that they had apologised during the call. ****
Paramount sent an employee to assess our job who appeared to be unqualified. Lovely lad who was very respectful and polite but had to keep phoning the office to see what was required.
Mid job - after the builders had removed a wall and had steels ready to install - it transpired that Paramount had not provided useable drawings because the outer shell of the house was timber framed. After days of the builder asking for a video call to be arranged, eventually we were able to get this done. The Paramount employee refused to turn his camera on and we have to wonder why... the only conclusion we could reach is that the engineer was not in UK. Even after the foreman explained what drawings were required, Paramount continued to provide multiple useless drawings before providing ones that could be used. The total delay to our job must have been at least a week.
Despite receiving maybe a dozen phone calls and email requests for feedback after the original drawings, now they have gone strangely quiet and I have only delayed the review until Building Regs were granted and I received those this morning.

My experience with ParamountBuilt has been consistently undermined by a serious lack of communication and transparency. Updates are infrequent, unclear, or completely absent, leaving me repeatedly chasing basic information that should have been provided proactively.
Despite promises of regular progress reports, we often go long periods without any contact at all. When I do manage to get through, which is a rarity at the moment, responses are vague. This is causing us unnecessary stress especially as we have an ongoing issue that we were promised would be sorted as soon as possible! 3 weeks later and we still have no response.
A company in this industry should understand the importance of keeping clients informed, especially when timelines, budgets, and planning depend on accurate updates. Unfortunately, ParamountBuilt fall short in this area, and the lack of communication has significantly affected my confidence in their service.
Until they improve their responsiveness and commitment to keeping clients updated, I would struggle to recommend them.

Paramount built have a good front facing customer service, and were ready to respond and answer all my questions. And if I needed changes made to plans, they were only to happy to help. Nice bunch.

Please please avoid this company, I am reporting to trading standards. The whole time we have dealt with them has been a nightmare, They now wont respond to any emails or calls and we cant move forward but we are too far down the line with them and the tech drawing they have provided which was an absolute nightmare process in itself

House renovations can be stressful, but the team made ours manageable. From the first online call to delivering the final plans for our rear extension, they kept me informed, answered all my questions, and ensured nothing was rushed. When the builder started work, the drawings were accurate and everything fit perfectly. Overall, the process was smooth, and I’m very happy with the result.

I have recently used this company and they lied from start to finish. They demanded money upfront before they carried out the survey, which I paid on the basis they advised the calculations I needed would be provided in 3 days. These took 8 days and when they arrived were wrong. They then claimed the ones they were originally supposed to carry out were emailed to me but cannot forward me the email as proof of this. I never received these second set of calculations. I am always suspicious of any company which wants payment before carrying out they works. Be careful with this company

ParamountBuilt have been very helpful in getting the questions answered and calculations done. They have responded quickly to any amendments needed and the staff are really friendly. I will recommend them.

The team was very helpful and always available to assist. The plans were accurate and we faced no issues with the planning department. Arslan was our main designer but i mostly dealt with Zoye, Great Work.

It seemed an awfully expensive and protracted experience just to tell me that the wall was 75mm in width.

I contacted this company at the end of August to resolve an issue highlighted by Building Control, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing.
Rather than fixing the problem, the work they carried out made the situation worse, and my project has been unable to move forward since then.

Building Control has now formally failed the report, clearly stating that the work does not meet required standards. This has caused significant delays, stress, and extra expense, and I am now having to seek help from another company to correct the mistakes.

I reached out expecting a professional and competent service, but instead I am left with unresolved issues and more complications than before. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Good service overall. Some amendments were needed to drawings as small details missing but any issue was resolved quickly.

A very professional service. The visiting engineer was thorough and politely explained what he was doing. We were kept informed of progress at every stage by email. Our builder now planning the work using the report sent to us.
