The pens that we received. The phone number was wrong and they would not do anything about. But the pen writes good.

The Product is simply amazing love every inch of it...THE COLOR THET EASE OF WRITING,I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.This is not my first placing an order back in the mid ( 70"s) I place several orders,the was not PEN.COM AT THAT TIME.NAME CHANGE SAME AMAZING PRODUCT,thank you.

Not happy with customer service process. The pens are incorrect. My partners cannot use them. So this has not been the experience I was looking for.

I don't know what I was expecting at $.33 each. They feel cheap compared to previous orders. The metal pens are better without doubt.

Good writing pen and is a nice tribute to my father. I am changing my thoughts on the quality of this product! I bought these to be given to guests for my father's upcoming Celebration of Life service in April. I began using one and within ONE day, the imprint is coming off. HOW INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!
