I have sold items with this company (Loughton branch) twice. I was dealt with by vilma and Amy and they were both absolutely fantastic. With my 2nd sale, I got more than I anticipated so walked away very happy. I would definitely use these in future over any ordinary high street jewellers. Very pleased overall. Kind, helpful staff. I don’t live local and had to travel to get there, but definitely worth the trip.

They gave me a valuation far below second hand value on my rare vintage Chanel bag. Less than a third of value. Obvious how they have become millionaires by ripping off people. Use a local auction instead

First time iv ever used a Pawn broker and immediately recognised this business from the television series. From start to finish the whole procedure was very professional and quick... ISBN into the Guildford store a few times and I have purchased something which I have the receipts for I also received very poor customer service and rude from the members of staff I do not recommend this and this is my personal opinion

First experience in a pawnbrokers and will not be my last. Exceedingly friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. I believe I was given very honest opinions and prices on the items I took in. Once agreed what I wanted to sell, without any pressure, I chose to have the money transferred to my bank account and it was in there almost immediately. Great service and amusing to sit in the shop next to the lifesize horse with suit of amour sitting on it! (Hatton Garden branch). Would definitely recommend.
