There is a great variety of puzzles and I love working on most of them - I do have certain favourites! I really feel that completing puzzles keeps my brain active and helps my recall of facts and word meanings.

Generally good, sometimes really can’t see why the answer is what it is, even when I’ve looked it up and got the definition from the dictionary, ? a lot more ‘ Americanisms appearing.

Despite having contacted Puzzler twice as a result of the previous survey I still have not received numbers 502 and 503 of Puzzler and the last Logic Problems I received was (like Puzzler) number 504 with the information in them both that the 505s would be available from 17 March. If you can get them to all the shops in the British Isles by 17 March why does it take more than 2 weeks later to get to France?

Hello John, My apologies for the late magazines. Due to the UK no longer being part of the EU, this is the reason business mail takes 2-4 weeks to arrive with you in France. We are also aware that there are delays within La Poste also that will possibly be causing further delays. I can see that my colleague Joanna has already compensated your account for the December and January editions you mentioned. If you would like to discuss this further or contact us for any reason please email puzzler@dcthomson.co.uk
