I took a $3000 loan out and they made me pay $6000 said 3000 was in a savings account and I had to pay interest on a $6000 loan which they only gave me $3000 at 35.9% interest. What a rip off avoid this place at all cost.

This loan place is a fraud I should have read the reviews before I went to this place but that’s what I get. I called this place today and ask how I can forfeit my loan. I wanted to know if I can pay the money I received and just forfeit the savings balance. The lady tells me no that I will have to pay 1200 dollars and the 1650 will be forfeited I was only giving 590 and some change but was told I would have to pay the 1200 dollars to forfeit a credit builder loan. If I decide to continue paying them I would have to pay back 3718.44 which I would only receive less than that and would have to wait a week to receive what’s in the saving balance now that I am aware of this company I will not do this ever again

This company is definitely taking advantage of people. I received a loan they say of 4000 which i got 1000 the day of and after paying the loan back in full i would receive the rest of the 4000.i have been a very loyal customer.In july of 2024 i had 2 have a total hip replacement in which i did let the office in Decatur know that. Which an employee told me at that time i had nothing 2 worry about that i have been a loyal customer and that had some medical program for that.Well here we are in 2025 and i paid the loan off last Friday.I call Monday to find out how to get my 3000 and was told due to the 2 late payments in September you dont get that.So you mean 2 tell me we pay on these loans for 4 and half years with them only giving us 1000 of their own money and missing 2 payments cost me 3000. Someone has to put these people outta business this is so unfair.

Extremely long wait periods and depending on the agent/representative you communicate with you will either have a pleasant or horrible experience. Good luck!!!

I had no idea you all didn't accept pre-paid debit cards and its not specified online I made a blank trip to 87th and stony to be told this well if you not going to help people then you don't need to be in business!!!!!!!!

This place is a rip off!!! They tell people stuff like your bank rejected the payment or you had insufficient funds and people know damn well they have money in their account. They add a bunch of late fees on top of the so called payments that they claimed the bank rejected. They open up these places in the poverty areas knowing people in poverty need help sometimes with living expenses bills kids etc.. The employees take their sides in poverty neighborhoods instead of helping their own. They have rich people of other races managing those offices and the employees being African American along side of them treat as well as helping them treat us like s@&t. These places needs to be closed down and sent to country club hills palos hills and other wealthy neighborhoods but they know if they do that they won’t get no business. I’m calling the bbb as soon as I’m done with this review. I don’t care how much of a bind you’re in take it from me DO NOT GO AND GET NO LOAN FROM THEM THEY WILL DEFINITELY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

I would give a big fat ZERO starts if I could! They let me go thru the entire process putting in my bank card info photo of id ss# bank statement and pay stubs just to tell me they don't accept my bank! Well then why the hell not stop me at THE MOMENT I put in my bank name so u don't get all my other important info for no reason! COMPLETE SCAM TO GET PEOPLE INFO AND IDENTITY!

This company is a huge scam. You have to hand over money to them just to have them hand it back to you. With huge interest to them. Just handing your money to them and they will NOT assist you in any way. The worst scam ever. You pay them and get nothing in return. They are getting rich stealing from the poor and do not care none whatsoever what you are going through.

I had a great customer service experience with both Sherry and Tiara.
They did everything to make my experience with Sail Loan great. I will tell friend and family about the company.

This was my second loan with Sail Loan Co. I dealt with Anthony, he went above and beyond to complete the process and was very polite. Very very pleased with everything. I highly recomend Sail Loans and look forward to future biusness.

Terrible customer service misleading information I was told I was approved for a $4000 loan but only $1000 would get deposited and once I paid off the $1000 then I would receive the other $3000 well that was a lie you have to pay back the full $4000 before receiving the rest of the money so now I’m stuck with paying back money that I haven’t even received

Forget sail loans they ain’t on nothing I recommend nobody to go to them it’s the holiday and they ain’t trying to help nobody they need to give ppl a chance never know wht can happen. DO NOT GO THERE
