Wondeful customer service

Honestly the most genuine, happy, kind and helpful staff I think I’ve met in a retail shop. The store smelt amazing, they were so lovely to our two young children and genuinely wanted to help. It seemed they loved working there too which is hard to come by these days.

The staff were outstanding.

The staff were amazing. We were on holiday in St.Anns and we love salt rock clothing, so it was the 1st place we went to and myself my husband and our boys were in there everyday over our 8 day stay there and the staff were so polite and so kind remembered us from last year when we were there. So amazing the quality of the clothes without standing every day our son's brought new clothes home so we ended up with three extra new bags to pack they brought that much and their staff were always pleasant kind helpful courteous we love going into that shop every time we're in St Anns.

Always love visiting the salt rock shops in Torquay and Brixham, beautiful clothing especially the end of season sales!
