I had the worst experience with their customer service. The jumper I bought was faulty so ive emailed them and they didnt even apologised but only asked to send it back and sent a link to their return policy. I didnt hear from them for a week so I reached out and they told me to wait for 7/10 working days and get in touch again if I wouldn't hear from them by then. 10 working days have passed and i reached out as nobody contacted me. I got the same response, saying that refunds were being processed within 7/10 working days and to reach out if I wouldn't hear from them by then. I replied saying that they didnt even read my email otherwise they would have known that the 10 days were already passed and that at this point I'd like a refund. They didn't even replied but I got an email saying my jumper was on its way, when all I wanted was a refund. To be honest, I was very disappointed by their customer service and I wont purchase again from them, even though I have been a customer for years. I dont recommend purchasing from then because if you have an issue they're not helpful at all.

The clothes are wonderful but some of your sizes are way out.
My grandsons are 11 and 7 but not very big so I bought 7-9yr old trunks and boxers. Both are massive on them. I’ve had to take in about three inches on both pairs of trunks and both pairs of boxers!!!

One of the sweaters I received is covered in fluff and debris! I was advised to just wash it. Who wants to buy a garment as a gift and need to laundry it? More care needs to be given to the condition of items prior to dispatch.

I love Saltrock clothing! The quality is always first class and the designs are fresh and colourful. I buy online and in store which are both usually a very helpful and satisfactory service, however, I would be happier if delivery could be by a company other than Royal Mail, they do not follow delivery instructions and recently either threw or dropped a delivery over the fence which landed behind a garden storage unit making it difficult for me to retrieve.
