Quality item ,good tracking and service

I bought three t-shirts, for my partner, in the sale. We love the quality and quirky designs of Saltrock t-shirts. They look great and fit well.

Went back to Berwick for a family holiday again and popped into our favourite clothes shop there. I love Salt Rock clothing, as do the rest of the family, so got some great new additions. The staff at this store are super friendly too.

The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. The clothes are really good quality too. We always pop in there when shopping in town. Even my parents who are in their late seventies shop from there..

Disappointed in quality-

I bought an Equinox T-shirt in navy. Loved the colour, design and fit. Shop staff in Bude are lovely.

Loved it so much I bought another.

The first has now been washed twice, on both occasions on 30 degree washes. The colour loss is n very noticeable, it’s no longer the strong dark navy, it is a much duller dark blue. This change is very obvious sonde by side with yesterday’s new purchase.

I accept that things fade over time, but a significant change over two gentle washes is not what I would reasonably expect.

Pretty disappointing - and I can’t find a customer service number to call. I will look again and see if I can find one

Otherwise it’s an email I guess.

Such a shame I have also bought another T-shirt design there recently and will be interesting to see how it washes

Maybe I was just unlucky, but based on this I wouldn’t buy again.
