On both visits July 8th and 10th the ladies who served me were very friendly and happy to talk which makes the shopping experience nice so much so that if lived in Poole I would be back.
Both visits had lovely ladies on the shop floor.

Great customer service, the computer had an issue but they quickly resolved it apologising for the inconvenience. We bought T shirts for our grandchildren great quality and they love them!!

Love the colour combos and designs. Always a great variety of kids and adults clothing and accessories. Quality items, never had any issue with washing or wear. The shop is always very tidy and stocked enough but with space to see everything. Staff are always helpful.
