This was a one size fits all black bow tie (the only one on their website) and yet it didn’t fit a 15.5 inch neck, which is a fairly standard size. The in store staff couldn’t help as the store business is separate to the online business. I had to pay to get a tailor to shorten it.

We are very sorry you had an issue with your bow tie. While we sell lots of these without any concern we accept that this may have been a bow tie out of specification.
