This is first time that I came to Sofology shop. I had a great experience.
Their seller was very patient with good support, only he didn't know about Sofology guarantee sufficiently.

Good selection, staff were helpful and talked us through all options.

Friendly staff especially Maz and Saj.

Just bought our sofa and two chairs from Sofology in Birmingham store. The store is located in a retail park with other furniture stores. Having shopped around, the Sofology furniture met our needs. The price and the quality is very good. We were looked after by Saj, who gave us very useful guidance regarding the structure, the fabric, size etc of our chosen pieces. Looking forward to our furniture arriving in a couple of months time.

The sales assistant Maz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable..but not pushy, , also he and all the other staff were very pleasant and friendly. we were offered a coffee( which I gladly accepted )
