She explained everything very well and everything went to plan, our sofa was delivered in the expected time frame. The delivery guys were absolutely amazing, they explained what they needed to do at every step in a polite and professional way. Would 100% recommend.

The customer service by the sofology was outstanding. No pressure and shopped around first. Went back and got sorted.

We visited the Metro Centre store and were served by Danielle who was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, which was very refreshing since we’d visited a number of other sofa shops before we went to sofology.
