Great salesman never pressured us which got him the sale we like to be left alone and not put on the spot , really knowledgeable and answered all our questions professionally

Good range of styles. No hard sell but staff happy to help when needed. Buying the sofa was easy and no hard sell on any extras as they do not work on commission. Would recommend.

There was sale staff available when we needed help. Chris, directed us to the product we wanted, he was knowledgeable and helpful. The sale was straightforward and Chris talked us through the options for delivery, materials for quick delivery, Insurance, product care and accessing the sofology account.

Very easy process of ordering my sofa and chair. Can’t comment on the quality or delivery process yet as not arrived. Hoping it will be as positive as the purchasing of it however .

We ordered our furniture today after a few visits, just to make totally sure before we placed the order. Danni spoke to us on our first visit, didn’t hassle us at all and was down to earth and friendly. Two weeks later, Danni was in today, recognised us immediately and gave us a warm welcome back. She took our order today, was so knowledgeable on just about everything, making sure we were happy throughout every step of our transaction. She was an absolute star! All we have to do now is to wait for our furniture to be made and delivered, approx 11 weeks. Danni gave us her number before we left and made it really clear that we could contact her anytime should we need to. Perfect!

Matthew , the sales assistant on the day, was knowledgable about the products and helped us through the process in a friendly but efficient way.

The member if the team was lovely - not pushy - allowed us time and was available as we needed her. Everything was explained and the process was quick and simple.
