We were looked after by Bart in the Rugby Sofology and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bart was friendly and welcoming and not just like a salesman but like a true customer service champion. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t rush me at all. Showed me all the features of the sofa and let me have time to make myself comfortable and play around with all the controls.
