We did look at other companies sofas and when we went to Sofology their sofas stood out a quality items. When we went into the showroom we were welcomed in a friendly manner, and allowed to look at items, we then approached Harrison to help with our question.

He explained a few different items and we took on board his responses and we were happy to purchase a sofa bed based on Harrison’s information which matched what we wanted.

Harrison was very knowledgeable about stock and helped us find what suited our requirement.

The lovely lady couldn’t have done more to help, she went above and beyond for me. Explained everything thoroughly, lovely and friendly.

Do not purchase from Sofology.
We purchased a sofa in September with a confirmed delivery date of 3rd December. After two weeks of chasing and dealing with extremely poor customer service, we were eventually told that the manufacturer had run out of material. Why this wasn’t disclosed back in September is beyond me.
Since then, the delivery date has been pushed back repeatedly — first to the beginning of January, then the end of January, and now we’ve been told they don’t even know where the sofa is. To make matters worse, we’ve also been told no refund will be given.
This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. A complete lack of transparency, broken promises, and zero accountability. I am now reporting Sofology to the ombudsman, as this company clearly needs to be investigated.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment — do not buy from Sofology

Colin at the Edinburgh Store looked after us really well, and in between visits could recall us by name and remembered exactly what we had discussed, a real hassle free experience with quality products.

My husband and I bought corner sofas from sofology about 3 months ago When the sofas were delivered, they did not have the lumber feature that vibrates to soothe your back which was the main reason we bought the seats for. We also noticed the seats sagging down on one end within days of purchasing them and when we checked, there were some legs missing in the middle left part of the sofas🤦🏼‍♀️. We got in touch “ customer care” and all they did was send a set of legs by post.🤦🏼‍♀️ this was after being assured of a continuous 5 year cleaning and maintenance by the sales lady who had attended to us. For the lumbar support we were told it would cost us close to £800 to have that fitted yet we had paid the full cost of the sofas which should have included the lumbar support. Surely is that the way to treat your customers who had genuinely trusted your company? Where is the maintenance team whom we had been assured of even to just fit the missing legs that is sagging our sofa for a start?? We cannot even sit on that part🤦🏼‍♀️ It is your responsibility to ensure customers are given what you promise and what they pay for not dump them with half finished products once you get their money!! I thought you had an inspection team that ensures everything you promise and advertise has proper standards met before you dispatch your products. It has been hell for us trying to get things sorted!! Honestly this has been a nightmare for us. I will defo come back to update if at all we receive any positivity in maintenance, surely there is a warranty and we expect your team to step up and help us to at least keep the sofa standing!!
