Impressive Staff
Helpful staff (Delphi)that gave us answers to all our questions without trying to push us on a sale, giving us time to come to our own decision.
The staff also knew their product were very polite and very easy to talk to which made the whole experience enjoyable.

PARAMOUNT SUITE
Customer service was brilliant, could not fault them, was met by Nick on the first day and offered us a beverage, after a good look we found what we wanted, Nick explained everything to us. We went back 2 days later and was met by Kai lovely person and ordered our soffology

Went to “look” ended up buying
We went to look for a Sofa and was greeted by Kia who asked a few questions on what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We were left alone to browse. We then went next door to a rival company where we were not met and their items didn’t clearly display the options, sizes and fabrics available. We went back to Sofology looked for Kia and ended up making a purchase. He very professionally went through the added options with no hard sell.
