We finally got our dream sofa from Sofology, all thanks to Mr. Saad! Even though we'd had trouble with their installment system before, he encouraged us to try again. His professional and friendly approach made all the difference, and our wish came true! He definitely deserves 5 stars! ⭐🛋️ .

Great experience
Great experience. It was daunting when we visit store lot of choice I have to say staff was very helpful (crystal) help us choosing the sofa which was right for us. Next day we decided to change it from fabric to leather. Manager at store was very helpful I forget name apologies. He made the process so smooth.

the salesman took his time with us to explain all the different options while looking for what we really wanted rather than just looking for a sale. very happy with the service in store and would recommend anyone looking for a new sofa to visit Sofology :-)

The staff were so friendly
The staff were so friendly, they answered and showed us different pictures of how we could have our sofa. All the time was taken to make us feel assured we picked the right sofa. Also there was no pressure to buy it there are then like other places.
