This is the second time I have purchased from Sofology this year and will continue to do so in the future!

Store staff (Leanne and John) were very good

We had many visits and spent lots of time in store as we had very specific needs for a three seater sofa. We were always welcomed and never hassled. The customer service is excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to give advice when needed. The coffee is very good too!
Our sofa is on order and we eagerly await its arrival. Give Sofology Warrington store a look, beautifully displayed showroom with lots of choice. Thanks to all of the staff!

Very good helpful staff

We were served by a friendly helpful assistant.
Only suggestion would be to display prices more clearly i.e. base cost of leather and fabric options for each sofa style & size. The information is obviously available on the website but it would be nice to have it displayed for easy reference.

Very helpful and informative member of staff. Put us at ease and explained everything competently and with a clear and engaging delivery. Level of knowledge of product made it simple to understand. Felt very natural and as if it was very important to ensure we were treated excellently.

Was a pleasurable visit from start to finish,Harrison was polite, very pleasant and made me feel at ease with no pressure added, nothing was too much trouble for him and he listened to my needs when picking the couch I wanted, Then Daniel took over the finance application, He was also very nice and gave me all the information needed, would definitely recommend your store to friends.

We had a friendly greeting when we arrived and told if we wanted help, just ask. Harrison from Sofology answered our fabric, technical and colour questions and we were happy to proceed with a purchase. Harrison was friendly, professional and a great representative for the Brand.
