First went into the warrington branch on sat 19th and spoke to sarah,very polite and helpfull,we needed to get some final measurements then returned on the 24th april,sarah was off this day and we then spoke to john,also very polite and helpfull,to which we then chose a corner couch and foot stool,both sarah and john are a credit to sofology they made the experience very easy going

Well laid out store we were left to look over the suits without somebody on our shoulders all the time,when we made our choice the sales person was very helpful with information which helped us to make our choice

I'm amazed that this company has ratings as high as this. I've waited a few months to allow my disappointment to cool with the quality of the workmanship. Having trained upholsters myself the one I delivered would never have left the workshop. Where to start. Poorly fitted cushions not aligning, slacking of fabric on seats, front edge of frames missing padding/filling so once fabric stretched during fitting leaving very visible uneven lines. Delivery guys were great but charging £90 for less than 10 minutes is questionable. Overall terrible quality. Finally. I have a rule if you can't do it right first time you won't be trusted to fix it, and as an experienced upholsterer it's easier, albeit time consuming, to correct the poor workmanship. Before anyone asks why I would be buying a suite well years of doing this type of work does take its toll on the body. At £2k you shouldn't have to correct others work. By the way what you see in the showroom is undoubtedly the best of what they can do, so do better and have more respect your customers.

Staff made us feel very welcome, we were greeted by Sarah at the Warrington Store she spent time with us explaining everything about the Sofa we chose and how to care for it ! we are looking forward to the delivery of our purchase, Thanks Sarah .

Very happy with our experience. We visited Warrington branch on 3 separate occasions before making a final decision. At no time did we experience the hard sell , nor were we followed around the store by the salesperson as in other shops. When we finally narrowed it down to 2 designs, Daniel our sofologist was extremely helpful, assisting with measurements, room design, fabric etc
