From start to finish, this was a great experience. It was easy to speak to a real person and ensure our large print would arrive safely. When we asked about hanging options for its size, the response was fast and efficient. Melanie was incredibly helpful every time I called. Thank you!

Quality isn’t what I expected. Polished edges are not polished. I provided high resolution photos and got grainy images back

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the final product didn't meet your expectations. After learning about the issues with the edge finish and image quality, we made every effort to resolve the situation by reprinting your sign and ultimately issuing a full refund when the replacement still wasn't satisfactory.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and our quality control processes. If you're willing to speak with us, we'd still appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further and work toward restoring your confidence in our service.

Thanks so much, Jody! It's nice to hear that your acrylic photo prints turned out as you envisioned. We're here whenever you need your next sign!
While these are replacements for prior acrylics bought back in March, the quality of the photos is stunning. I am just very disappointed in having to pay full price for the memorial gifts again. I had asked for a discount or something due to the fact it was not explained to me or shown when ordering a 4ft x 4ft acrylic how flexible and the lack of rigidity of the product. I was told it would be okay to mount it on a board, which premium wood was expensive as well. The main photo of the deceased was damaged due to the rigidity. So, after the original purchase of over $727 and over $620 (I decreased the two collages to 3x3 for stability and no shipping charges) for replacements, we have over $1347 for 3 usable collages. If you order a large acrylic, please be aware they are VERY flexible. I was told that info would be added to the website.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with the installation of your large acrylic pieces, especially given the importance of these memorial gifts.
We’re glad to hear the print quality met your expectations, but we understand your concerns regarding the flexibility of larger acrylic sizes and the impact that had during mounting. Acrylic at larger dimensions can behave differently from smaller formats, and improper mounting methods can unfortunately lead to damage during installation.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Based on customer feedback like yours, we continue working on improving product information and guidance to better clarify installation considerations for larger acrylic pieces.
We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate the opportunity to have fulfilled your replacement order.
Perfect service! Came on time and very thoughtfully packaged. Would highly recommend for any large acrylic printing!
