Thank you for your positive review, Diana. We're glad to see you liked your sign and the printing quality. Hope to hear from you again soon.
Beautiful sign! I had it made for the front entrance of our condominium building. My design was easy to load onto the platform. I suggest anyone transferring a their own design, or even an AI concept for production have a vector (svg) image made through any number of websites for best detail quality. The service representative, "Mia" I worked with for the proof process was amazing! Upon opening my well packaged sign, I noticed there was a dent and a scratch to the back side of the sign, not really noticeable from the front. When I contacted Mia and showed her pictures, she offered to either have the sign reprinted, or give me a discount on my next purchase. I chose the latter as I have several more signs to have made by this awesome company.

It's not a complete aluminum sign. It has a layer of plastic the aluminum so not sure how it's going to hold up.

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a material that was different from what you expected. Our team reached out to explain the difference between standard and composite aluminum and confirmed that the order was produced according to the specifications selected at checkout.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback. We will take it into consideration as we continue working to make the differences between these materials clearer so customers can make more informed decisions when placing their orders.
EASY TO ORDER QUICK TO RECEIVE.
