Lovely banners with very high quality. There was an error with the order (grommets were missing) but customer service was excellent and shipped another one right away.

We appreciate your positive review and are glad that you liked the quality of the fabric banner. Thank you!
The quality was very nice, and the printing was overall a good quality. The only complaint I have is that the background was a different color than what I had expected; it was a tan color on the proof but showed up as more of a gray color in person, and I'm not quite sure why that was.

Thank you for the great review; we're happy to hear you were pleased with the quality of the material and the print. As for the background color, it might be possible that the color appeared different from that of the actual product due to the screen color setup. Colors may seem a bit different on screen than they do in real life.
Great product.

Picture is very clean and crisp, fabric is soft but not flimsy.
