The proof approved clearly shows the front and back with the artwork in the same orientation, MIRROR IMAGE. That is the configuration I specifically approved. The other proof is materially different. On that version, the artwork on the back has been flipped/reversed into the opposite orientation, which is not what I approved. This is not a minor difference. The orientation of the artwork is completely different between the two proofs. I approved the version showing the front and back as presented in MIRROR IMAGE proof, not the reversed/opposite version. I asked them to correct their error and they responded. "After reviewing the attached files with production, it does appear that the same file was used for the front and the back. If you flip the banner on a vertical axis, it should show that both sides match the file that was uploaded. Let me know if this explanation helps please." That explanation just proves they did the printing wrong. Flip it on its vertical axis and it will be a mirror image. I'm not buying it. Now I am waiting 3 days to get an answer from upper management if they are willing to correct their employees printing error or they will refund my money so I can go somewhere else and get it done correctly.
