I work out of a rented space for a Field Lab. Items are not deliverable to us. I connected with a State Lab and they agreed to receive it and would then hand it over to me. The product wouldn't be sent to my home address initially. Therefore, there was a hold up in delivery.

We're very sorry Diana that you encountered delays when placing an order with us. We instituted the "ship only to commercial address" policy following a series of fraudulent orders.
We understand this can create challenges for some legitimate customers.
Now that we've got you set up with an alternative address, this should not happen again.
