Built to last, good sound quality, easy to install, competitive pricing. My rating is based on the same price range of products. In comparison with a Sennheiser MK4, it is close to Sennheiser, but Sennheiser has more emphasised low frequencies & provices louder sound output. When I have plugged in Behringer C-1U, Windows 10 immediately installed the driver. If you are using Audacity for recording, plug in Behringer C-1U first, then launch Audacity, otherwise Audacity may not recognise Behringer C-1U. Do not forget to select Behringer C-1U on windows 10 sound settings if you have been using other input devices. That would be nice to have hard case for the storage of Behringer C-1U safely. I would't mind paying for an extra $20 for the hard case for a package deal.

Plug in and record straight up. I use it with Audacity and it works extremely well. More to the point, it is simple for an electronic idiot like me.
