The product is very nice and is exactly what we were hoping for. Better even was the customer service. UPS said they delivered the package and they did not. With no hesitation Succ sent out a replacement overnight to make sure we got it for our event.

This is an absolutely beautiful vase. The recipients were proud to receive them. Love that they are fully customizable with our logo and messaging.
